Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for regular cleaning cancellations and 72 hours’ notice for one-off, deep, or end-of-tenancy cleans. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of service unless agreed otherwise. First-time and one-off cleans may require advance payment.

Access Policy

Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, the full service fee may be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to put things right.

Privacy Policy

We comply fully with GDPR regulations. Your personal information is kept secure and used only for booking, communication, and invoicing.
